ICAN2018 was held in Nairobi, Kenya from 10th to 14th December 2018, with the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) as the official host. It’s an annual event that provides states with a central meeting place to conduct multiple bilateral (regional or plurilateral) air services negotiations or consultations.

It offers a forum for the participants to learn about current trends, discuss and exchange experiences, as well as providing excellent networking opportunities.

Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) engaged TAG to assist in the development of a communication strategy and event preparation, planning and event management of the ICAN2018 Event. This was a Presidential and UN agency event that involved a lot of careful planning and heavy logistics.

We developed a localised event identity, developed and launched the event website and mobile app, an ATL communication campaign as well as managing the execution of the 8-day event, which compromised of a 5-day conference, cocktail & gala dinner and 4 days of logistical support.
